My Training
My Philosophy

"It is easier to build strong children, than  to repair broken men"

-Frederick Douglass

My philosophy is that the foundation for strong children begins with building strong women during pregnancy by empowering and supporting them at any stage through emotional and physical support as well as education.  Wellness from the Womb recognizes the interconnected nature of maternal and mental health.  My vision is that every woman will have the birthing experience that she envisions for herself, that every woman feel empowered to advocate for herself, her body, and her child.  As your doula my goal is to provide education and support both emotional and physical so that your birthing experience is positive, empowered, and safe for you and your child.
